Op vrijdag 12 mei kwamen de teams van Twin Promotion en Evancy bijeen voor een openingsavond van onze nieuwe gebouwen op Domaine Sauvage.
Dank aan de heer Christian Fourcroy, burgemeester van Equihen-Plage, aan de heer Gaston Callewaert, burgemeester van Camiers, evenals aan enkele van hun teams voor hun aanwezigheid.
Maar ook een dikke dankjewel aan de 22 eigenaren die er waren om enkele maanden na de oplevering van hun appartement samen met ons het succes van dit nieuwe project te vieren.
Laten we twee van hen het woord geven:
Marc en Pascale, een echtpaar uit Brussel, behoren tot de 22 nieuwe eigenaren van hotelresidentie Evancy, aanwezig bij de inhuldiging. “We hadden mensen in onze familie die onroerend goed in Spanje hadden. En toen gebeurde Covid, we konden geen lange afstanden meer afleggen. Dit zette ons aan het denken. Het is misschien geen toeval dat ik op dat moment een advertentie zag voor de verkoop van appartementen aan de Côte d’Opale”, herinnert Marc zich.
Hij ontmoet de verkoper en tekent dezelfde dag de aankoop. “Overdag gingen we nog steeds heen en weer om de plek te bekijken. De nabijheid en de verandering van omgeving hebben ons overtuigd”, benadrukt het echtpaar, dat erg blij is om “zich nergens zorgen over te maken.” “We zijn nog steeds bezig, dus voor ons was het een goede optie. Aan de Belgische kust zouden we nooit gekocht hebben. »
